By uploading photos or paying for an order on carbackground.tools you agree to these terms.
The service
carbackground.tools replaces the background of car photos using AI. The vehicle in your photo is preserved; lighting, shadows and reflections are adapted to the chosen scene.
Pricing and payment
The price is $1.99 per photo, shown in full before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions and no accounts.
Uploads
You may upload up to 20 photos per order, up to 25 MB each, in JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC format. You confirm that you own the photos or have permission to use and edit them.
Ownership and use of results
You keep all rights to your original photos and to the edited results and may use them commercially, including in vehicle listings and marketing.
Refunds
If a result is not usable, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will re-process the photo or refund that image.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content or photos you have no right to use, and do not use the service to misrepresent the condition of a vehicle.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
